Equal Transnational Co-operation Internet Module (ETCIM)

What is ETCIM?

The Equal Transnational Co-operation Internet Module (ETCIM) is an Internet-based tool designed to help DPs to input, modify, validate and submit their Transnational Co-operation Agreements (TCAs).

Resources

The following documentation is available to assist DPs in accessing ETCIM and concluding your TCA (your secure area username and password are required to access the ETCIM User Guide).

Transnational Co-operation Agreement

DPs should use this file to complete draft versions of the TCA with their transnational partners prior to uploading this onto ETCIM. All DPs should note that ETCIM itself is not a tool for drafting TCAs, as this will create difficulties with too many different versions of TCAs; ETCIM must therefore only be used once the final TCA is ready to go online. All DPs should also note that TCAs, validated by all transnational partners, must be sent in with the DPA two months prior to the start of Action 2.
