Equal Common Database

The Equal Common Database contains information about DPs operating in each member state. The ECDB is the European Commission’s search tool for DPs to find transnational partnerships. If you have any comments or issues on using the European Common Database to find transnational partners which you would like to be raised, then please contact the Equal Support Unit, so that these can be passed on to the European Commission.

There are some technical issues affecting use of the ECDB. In order to access the database, your Web browser must be compliant with Unicode and 128-bit encryption. You may have to upgrade your browser. Please address any about this issue to the Commission.

Transnationality

Transnationality is an essential element in Equal for promoting the transfer of know-how and good practice between partnerships and between member states.

ETGs are the mechanism by which outcomes from Equal DPs are shared across all the participating countries.

ETCIM is an Internet-based tool designed to help DPs to input, modify, validate and submit their TCAs.
